This webinar is a must for all endurance athletes who are in competition season. This webinar will highlight the specific nutrition needs the days leading up to a race as well as before, during and after race nutrition. Topics that will be covered include carbohydrates, protein, fat, electrolytes and fluid.
Bob Seebohar, formerly a Sport Dietitian for the U.S. Olympic Committee and the 2008 Olympic Triathlon Sport Dietitian is a USA Triathlon Certified Level III Elite Coach and owner of Fuel4mance, which provides sports nutrition services to endurance athletes. Bob has an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and two graduate degrees: one in Health and Exercise Science and the other in Food Science and Human Nutrition. He is a trained exercise physiologist as well as a certified strength and conditioning coach. He currently serves as the consulting sport dietitian and head strength coach for the USA Triathlon National Team as well as co-owner of Elite Multisport Coaching which provides professional coaching services to elite, age-group and youth athletes.
Bob served on the performance coaching team for Susan Williams, 2004 Olympic Triathlon Bronze medalist, and is the personal coach for Sarah Haskins Kortuem, 2008 Olympic Triathlete.
Practicing what he preaches, he is a competitive endurance athlete having completed numerous multisport races including six Ironman events, the Boston Marathon, the Leadville 100-mile mountain bike race and the Leadville 100-mile trail run.
