Good luck to all of the Metro-Detroit triathletes doing Ironman Wisconsin this coming Sunday. I would like to specifically wish good luck to the following Detroit Iron members:

Damon Krueger - Bib #468
Eric Nguyen - Bib #450
Ashley Vartoogian - Bib #2189 - her first Ironman!

I also have to wish a lot of luck to another first timer, John Topacio - Bib #565, but not too much luck because he might beat my time and because he moved out of Southeast Michigan to Chicago. TRAITOR!!!!! Don't forget, it's easier than you think. Ha!

Okay, while I'm at it, I'll wish luck to Twitter user Brandon Wood - Bib #524 @ironbrandon doing his first Ironman as well!

I also have 2 other friends doing it. Mike Franskoviak and Jim Averill. They are both in the 50-54 AG. This is Mike's first and Jim's 2nd.
