TRX Training

Postby alexg » Sat Feb 06, 2010 5:29 pm

Hey Team,

Today I was invited to go to my buddy's gym and try out a TRX training class. If you are ever looking for something else to try that is very intense and doesnt use free weights, give this a try. The maneuvers are pretty challenge and you get a real solid workout. I am thinking about trying the home kit. My buddy has the kit and takes it on the road with him and does it in the hotel rooms.

I can second the recommendation for this. I've used the full blown version at the Detroit Athletic Club and it's awesome. It takes body weight training (the best IMO) to the next level.
