Saturday Ride - Kensington/Brighton Area

Anyone up for some bicycle riding on Saturday morning? The forecast is looking real good for November in Michigan.

What: 100 mile bike ride (come for some or all of the fun!)
Where: Kensington Metro Park; East Boat Launch - lower parking lot
When: Saturday, 10 am
Why: Some of us are still training for a 2009 Ironman.

I will be joined by Lori (thank you Lori!) for the first 50 miles. Come have some fun with us!

For those of you who don't want to get "chicked" by Ashley and Lori, I will likely be riding a few loops at Island Lake around the same time at a much slower pace, followed by a short run.

Keith, you should join us. Seriously. I'm not planning on going hard. Damon keeps telling me to take it "easy" ... so it'll be much like a joy ride tomorrow.
