Bike Ride at Kensington Metro Park on Wednesday

There's a group of people meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6:30 PM at Kensington to ride. It's many people from the Detroit Iron group so they'll have an easier pace recovering from the Ironman. If you're interested, they meet at the EAST boat launch parking lot (I believe the exit is off of Kent road from I-96, then it's the first left then drive down the hill to the second parking lot). Just head down there, park, and be ready to ride at 6:30.

Ask the people there if they're with Detroit Iron and let them know that Jared sent you if I happen to not be there. It's a great group to ride with and we meet most Wednesdays. There are slow and fast riders.

The ride for tonight, August 12th is at 6:30. Probably going 20-30 miles but there will be multiple paces going. Come check it out and meet some new triathletes/cyclists!
