Where to buy Triathlon Wetsuits

Where is a good place in the Detroit or SE Michigan area to see, try on and purchase triathlon wetsuits?

That is a good question. My post is worthless because I can't think of any shops in the area that have wetsuits... since Bike Sport is no longer around. But I can say that Xterra has some awesome wetsuits and they have great prices too.

Im in the same boat. I of course fall between sizes. So....there is no place in southeast mich to try on/fit a wetsuit?

Check out Fraser Bicycle and Fitness in Fraser, Michigan. You may have to drive a little bit but it's definitely worth it. Fraser is "the" triathlon store in Southeast Michigan with the most helpful staff you can find. They carry a good selection of wetsuits and let you try them on.

They also have their 5th Annual Give Us a Tri event on Saturday March 20th where they have an indoor/outdoor duathlon, sales on everything in the store, natural running presentation, and an in-water wetsuit clinic and demo at a local high school. You get to try on the wetsuits and swim in them.

Give them a call or stop by to chat about swimsuits. If you want to wait until March 20th, it looks like you can get a good deal and try out a wetsuit.

I highly recommend Fraser for good tri knowledge and friendly service and I'm just a customer!
