Alright, it's about time that someone did a review on Fraser Bike in Fraser, Michigan. They have been huge supporters of everyone I know in triathlon and have been a great help to all of us.
Fraser has a big store that's focused on cycling and triathlon (you don't find that in too many places). They have great products in bikes and equipment with a knowledageble staff. If you need to stop in and talk to them about the latest bikes and what will fit your needs, you'll find very passionate people that are willing to tell you everything they know. Two of the main guys to talk to are Tony and Ron. I've always had great conversations and receive great information from them.
One great part about Fraser is that they have a huge state of the art computrainer room in basement of the shop. Don't think dingy basement, this is a clean, high ceiling place with restroom facilities and showers. I think they have 16 different computrainer stations, which makes it great for large groups and excellent for indoor training during the Winter. They also have good training sessions setup by the coaches there.
In addition to that, they can hook you up to the computrainer for a bike fit that maximizes your power. A great benefit to getting a fit there.
The only thing that I would say is bad about Fraser is its location (for me anyway). It's up in Fraser, which is a long drive from downtown Detroit. It is, however, in a great location for its proximity to everything North of 696 and Stony Creek.
Stop in to talk to Tony or Ron and tell them Jared sent you.
